To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact. The return period begins on the date you receive the product for online orders or the date of purchase for in-store purchases.

After the 14-day return period has expired, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. We recommend inspecting your purchase upon receipt and contacting us immediately if you have any concerns about the product's condition or quality.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, some items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or practical reasons. The following categories of products are not eligible for return:

Fresh flowers and perishable floral products, as these items have a limited lifespan and cannot be resold once delivered. Custom-made or personalized items that have been specifically created according to your specifications, including custom floral arrangements, engraved products, or specially ordered materials. Products that have been opened, used, or altered in any way, as we cannot verify their condition or resell them to other customers. Sale or clearance items marked as final sale, which are sold at reduced prices with the understanding that returns are not accepted. Gift cards and digital products, which cannot be returned once purchased or activated.

Please note that returns without prior authorization may not be accepted. We recommend using a trackable shipping method if you are mailing your return, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, size, or color, you must return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. 8. Defective or Damaged Products
